At LIVING KO, we ensure that your essential items are ready the moment you arrive. Our delivery system is uniquely synchronized with university move-in schedules to provide a seamless "First-Night Ready" experience.


1. Synchronized Move-in Delivery

  • Timing: Your LIVING KO KIT will be delivered to your dormitory according to the official move-in date provided by your university or selected during checkout.

  • Pre-arrival Placement: In many cases, we coordinate with the university to ensure your kit is waiting for you even before you check in.

2. Specialized On-Campus Delivery

Unlike standard courier services, we collaborate directly with the International Office or Dormitory Management of each university to provide the most reliable delivery method for your specific campus.

Depending on your university’s protocol, your kit may be delivered via:

  • Designated Storage Areas: Pick up your kit at the dormitory lobby, administrative office, or a specified storage room.

  • Unmanned Delivery Lockers: Secured in the university’s parcel locker system.

  • Room Delivery (In-room/Doorfront): In coordination with student councils or buddies, your kit may be placed directly in front of or inside your room before you arrive.

  • On-site Pickup Booths: Direct pickup from a LIVING KO booth during peak move-in days.

3. How to Receive Your Kit

Because delivery methods vary by campus, please refer to the "How to Receive" section on the specific product page for your university. Detailed instructions and locations will be provided there.

4. Important Requirements for Accurate Delivery

To ensure your kit reaches you without delay, please provide the following information accurately during checkout:

  • Full Name (as registered with the university)

  • University Name & Specific Dormitory Name

  • Student ID Number (if applicable)

  • Local Contact Information (if available)

5. Tracking Your Order

While we operate specialized campus logistics, you will receive a notification via email or KakaoTalk once your delivery is completed or ready for pickup at the designated location.
