Living Kit for Hanyang Dorm HIWS (Session B)

At LIVING KO, we strive to ensure your first night in Korea is as comfortable as possible.
Please review our cancellation, return, and exchange policy below.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment (100% Refund)

You may cancel your order for any reason before the product has been shipped.
A 100% refund of the total amount paid will be issued.
Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has left our warehouse, the after-shipment policy will apply.

2. Returns & Exchanges After Shipment

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unopened, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Cases

Due to hygiene and safety standards, returns or exchanges are not accepted if the item has been opened, used, or washed.
Requests cannot be accepted if any included items or free gifts are missing or damaged.
Returns based on personal preference such as color, texture, or weight after opening are not eligible.
Minor delivery delays or personal schedule changes do not qualify for returns or refunds.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos.
After confirmation, LIVING KO will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
All related shipping costs will be fully covered by LIVING KO.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed immediately through the original payment method.
Refunds usually take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer.

At LIVING KO, we ensure your essential items are ready the moment you arrive.
Our delivery system is synchronized with university move-in schedules to provide a smooth First-Night Ready experience.

1. Synchronized Move-in Delivery

Your LIVING KO KIT is delivered according to the official move-in date provided by your university or the date selected during checkout.
In many cases, we coordinate directly with the university so your kit is already waiting for you before check-in.

2. Specialized On-Campus Delivery

Unlike standard courier services, we work directly with each university’s International Office or Dormitory Management to ensure reliable campus delivery.

Depending on your university’s protocol, delivery may be handled in one of the following ways.Designated storage areas such as the dormitory lobby, administrative office, or a specified storage room.

Unmanned delivery lockers within the university’s parcel locker system.

Room delivery, where your kit may be placed in front of or inside your room in coordination with student councils or buddies.

On-site pickup booths operated by LIVING KO during peak move-in days.

3. How to Receive Your Kit

Delivery methods vary by campus.

Please check the “How to Receive” section on the product page for your specific university, where detailed pickup instructions and locations are provided.

4. Required Information for Accurate Delivery

To avoid delays, please make sure the following information is entered correctly at checkout.Full name as registered with the university.
University name and specific dormitory name.
Student ID number, if applicable.
Local contact information, if available.

5. Order Notification

Because we use specialized campus logistics, standard courier tracking may not apply.
You will receive an email notification once your kit has been delivered or is ready for pickup at the designated location.
